Additional Information
Youth ages 10-18 will meet in a small group, each with a library computer (desktop or laptop) to first learn how to use the Makey-Makey Invention Kits. Following instruction by Roy Cummings, Virtual Services Librarian, each participant will access a favorite computer program or web page. Then using unusual  items supplied by the library (courtesy of the Friends of Clayton County Library), participants will "instead of using the computer keyboard buttons, to execute, or navigate the program, hook up the MaKey MaKey board via alligator clips to something fun."  Take a sneak preview at how this works by clicking on this link:MaKey Makey Invention Kits

Each session is limited to only 12 youth. This program is for individuals and families, not for groups. Group registrations will NOT be permitted. However groups of 5 or less, or individuals, can be placed on the waiting list.

It is essential that all the youth in this program be at least 10 years old.

Note that this program has been changed from 2 hours in length to one hour.
